1. Whenever you click on a link and your computer asks you if you want to "open" the file or "save" it, ALWAYS CLICK SAVE. ALWAYS. If you click open, your computer will likely freeze up. Also, if you save the document to your computer, then you don't have to worry about going on the Internet to find that document in the future.
2. Looking for an update on a page on the Website that's not there? It's possible your computer is giving you a cached copy, or old version, of that page. Click on "refresh" and your computer will look for an updated copy of the page.
